Before losing the DC license to Mattel, Kenner/Hasbro made one last go at the DC Universe with the Batman: Total Justice line. Here we have Despero - one of those few villains of the collection. While the heroes came with snap on weapons, the villains came with action features. When you twist his waist, you experience Despero's Galactic Body Blow Attack. Figures features slight play wear, but is in good condition.
