When the Spider-Man3 movie came out, Hasbro introduced a new 5" scale - much to the chagrin of fans. After the movie characters were done, they kept going with non-movie characters in this scale. This guy is primarily based on Ultimate Rhino's design and features a head-butting action. Figure is used but in good shape.
